Candidates who join this company will be assigned to work at their HQ atTun Aminahbranch.Salary range: RM6000-RM8000 (basic)Job Responsibilities:Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and reportingManage the accounting team, providing leadership, training, and mentorshipDevelop and maintain robust internal controls and financial management systemsPrepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholdersLead the annual budgeting and planning processEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulationsCoordinate and lead external auditsOptimize cash flow management and treasury functionsCollaborate with department heads to improve financial performance and efficiencyImplement cost-saving measures and identify revenue enhancement opportunitiesOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processesManage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial advisorsJob Requirements:At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleExtensive experience in the hospitality industry preferredProficiency in advanced accounting software and financial management systemsStrong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices and trends#J-18808-Ljbffr
