Accounts Manager

The hotel, withsix branches in Johor , is a growing establishment committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Candidates who join this company will be assigned to work at their HQ atTun Aminahbranch.Salary range: RM6000-RM8000 (basic)
Job Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting
Manage the accounting team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship
Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial management systems
Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
Lead the annual budgeting and planning process
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
Coordinate and lead external audits
Optimize cash flow management and treasury functions
Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance and efficiency
Implement cost-saving measures and identify revenue enhancement opportunities
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial advisors
Job Requirement:
At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Extensive experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Proficiency in advanced accounting software and financial management systems
