Job Description: Manage and oversee daily finance operations, effectively communicating any issues or opportunities to the management team. Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support annual audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries. Conduct regular financial reviews with management, analyzing performance, variances, budget adherence, profitability, and operational efficiency. Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring timely completion and submission. Provide expert financial insights and recommendations for new business ventures and opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business development and improve process efficiency. Utilize financial systems effectively, proposing enhancements or integrations as necessary. Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as directed by the management team.
