Accounts Manager

-Data entry and update for Accounts Payable and Receivable.


-Prepare Quarterly and Yearly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and relevant reporting documents.


-To handle full set of company accounts.


-GL and Balance Sheet item analysis and monthly bank reconciliation.


-Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.


-Assist in yerly external audit, tax computation.


-Assist for closing year-end financial accounts.


-Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary.


-Communicate with Bankers to resolve any operational issues regarding banking matters.


-Preparation of monthly salary and handling of KWSP, Socso, SIP and PCB payment.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.


-At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Senior Accounts Executive/Accounts Manager, preferably within the construction or property development industry.


-Excellent communication and writing skills in English and BM. Mandarin is an added advantage.


-Knowledge of MS Office/experience with accounting software (e.g. QnE, SQL etc) will be an added advantage.


-A person that is highly motivated, responsible, committed and can work independently with minimal supervision.


-Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a great team player.
