Accounts Manager

Job ResponsibilityPerforming full-set account, and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.Prepare monthly financial accounts closing and management reports within the deadline.Actively communicate with bankers, company secretary, tax consultant and auditors on financial matters.Perform profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the management.Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Department budget.Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.Maintain files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, etc.Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.Dealing with GST/SST transactions verification, reconciliation and report submission.Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of supplier statements, credit cards etc.Coordinate year-end audit.Knowledge on SQL software will be an added advantage.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least aDegree (major in accounting /finance) / professional qualification in accounting.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.At least 5 yearsâ experience in related field.Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.Must be able to verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.Able to start immediately or within short notice.Salary based on experience and qualifications.Job BenifitsWe offer attractive remuneration basic salary to the right candidate.KWSP, SOCSO, EIS & PCB Included.Minimum 14 annual leave per year.We provide medical benefits.5 working days (10.00am - 6.00pm) week.
