Job Responsibilities (for Account Manager)
Able to motivate subordinates, carry a positive attitude, and lead the team together to achieve the company's Vision and Mission.
Oversee and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow.
Develop and implement strategic plans for client management.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional service.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of clients' financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and tax agents.
Manage complex client requests, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Ensure all tasks and projects are completed within deadlines.
Provide regular reports to senior management.
Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
Proven experience in accounting roles; management experience is preferred for the Account Manager position.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
