Accounts Manager ( Tawau )

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage financial accounting in line with company policies.
Oversee daily Accounts Department operations and provide timely reports for effective management.
Supervise departmental tasks and conduct meetings to resolve issues.
Revise and establish accounting SOPs for enhanced workflow.
Implement robust internal control systems for asset and revenue management.
Evaluate operational policies and their impact on financial results.
Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and handle tax matters.
Provide timely food cost information for meals and functions.
Monitor accurate handling and recording of finances by subordinates.
Validate various reports and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Perform managerial duties as per duty roster and submit findings.
Conduct inventory valuations for supplies and equipment regularly.
Prepare budget comparisons and rolling budgets.
Coordinate with departments on accounting-related issues.
Conduct monthly Accounts meetings and present reports.
Requirements:Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance or its equivalents.
Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting work experience.
Good working knowledge of accounting standards and corporate governance.
Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal communication).#J-18808-Ljbffr
