RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Management: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for management review.Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets, including variance analysis and financial forecasting.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, and assist with tax filings.Audits: Prepare for and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.Any ad-hoc tasks/projects assign to you by the Supervisor/Management as and when required. Office Management: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.Office Supplies and Equipment: Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. Oversee maintenance and procurement of office equipment.Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and etc activities. QUALIFICATION Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and office management roles.Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of local statutory and tax regulations.
