Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable)

Work location: Tebrau 3, Johor Bahru(near to JPJ)
Job Responsibilities:
Processing entering invoices into the accounts payable system
Prepare payment e.g. bank voucher and cash voucher.
Checking and verifying invoices / DN / CN
Filing and maintaining supplier records
Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
1 - 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferably have experience in accounting software SQL & Autocount
Organized and attentive to details
Able to work independently and within deadlines
Resourceful, fast learner with a positive working attitude
