Accounts Officer (Ap)

Making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors- Paying vendor invoices or bills- Recording the company's short-term debts- Posting transaction details in accounting system- Assuring all revolving accounts are up to date and coding financial documents- Receiving, opening and logging invoices- Getting approval to pay invoices from department heads when necessary- Go to HQ (Puchong) to get approval for payment (mileage claimable)**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Do you have own transport?Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
