REPORTING OFFICEis located at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overseeing planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of products for consignment and direct delivery.
Enhancing and monitoring Supply Chain and Logistics performance.
Identifying strategic needs across product lines and transportation modes, and developing implementation plans.
Managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
Conducting monthly checks on consigned stocks at hospitals to prevent expiration.
Reviewing Purchasing Requisitions for accuracy before processing.
Ensuring inventory accuracy in deliveries and receipts.
Collaborating with the purchasing team on urgent orders.
Coordinating with principals for shipment orders and customs clearance.
Establishing procedures for quarterly and annual inventory checks.
Invoicing for consignment items when necessary.
Performing any other duties assigned by management.
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports.
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
Implementing accounting policies and procedures.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
Collaborating with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma holder. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Accounting Degree or equivalent would be preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
