Job Description Invoice & Concur processing Payment processing in accordance with established methods and procedures.
Email response to internal and external stakeholders Providing inputs for external audit and answering queries raised Perform monthly and ad-hoc reporting activities Weekly and Monthly AP Reconciliation Fixed Asset capitalization and Depreciation Working with internal staff, and external vendors to clarify differences and reconcile conflicts.
Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills.
Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions.
