This office-based role involves supporting logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery, and managing accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day account payable processes related to shipping and logistics operations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes.
Support process improvements and compliance with industry standards.
Communicate effectively with clients from Mandarin-speaking regions.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) isrequiredto support clients from Mandarin-speaking regions.
Willing to work onsite at our office in USJ 25, Subang Jaya.
