About the roleWork Location: 1 Powerhouse, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Reporting To: Accounts Payable Team Lead
Key responsibilitiesManage invoice processing for the AP scope region, ensuring accurate PO matching or manual posting.
Address supplier and site queries related to payables, ensuring prompt responses to AP Helpdesk tickets within a 2-day SLA.
Drive continuous improvement and automation by contributing innovative process improvement ideas and actively participating in problem-solving initiatives.
Achieve KPI targets set by Global, including FTP, POT, and clearing overdue workflows.
Resolve overdue and blocked workflows efficiently in the system to maintain smooth operations.
Support AP month-end closing and reporting, fulfilling all AP department responsibilities.
Engage in Daily Huddles and collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Site Call, Procurement, Supply Chain, MDM, Tax, Compliance, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of experience in an accounts payable or related finance role.
Experience in processing payments, reconciliation, and managing expense systems is a plus.
Knowledge of Change Management and process improvement strategies.
Understanding of the value provided to vendors and business partners.
Experience in process mapping and developing desktop procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large data reports.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are beneficial but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
