Are you planning to advance your skills in Accounts Payable by managing cash flow, and paying vendors and suppliers? As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices as well as monitoring expenses. In this role, you will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping them on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued vendors or suppliers.

ResponsibilitiesReview and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Generate and process payment as necessary.
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
Execute accounts reconciliation.
Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned.
Required skills and experienceFluency in written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
Technology-savvy; able to work using Microsoft Excel and eager to learn about new systems.
Have a growth mindset and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability in time and planning management.
Act as a team player.
Good problem-solving skills.
QualificationsPursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Available for a 6-months internship.
