Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits
- Strong decision-making and adaptability soft skills
