Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:- Review and process invoices in a timely manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Prepare and process payments to vendors- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices

Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Passionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality work
