This role supports the Country Process Owner (CPO) in standardizing the Operations Bill to Cash (OBC) processes for Robert Bosch Malaysia.
Key responsibilities include: Process Standardization: Align local OBC instructions with country-specific guidelines.
Customer Support: Address inquiries related to payments, invoices, and billing while guiding internal teams on processes.
Monthly Tasks: Prepare Debtor Ageing reports, update bank transactions, and assist with month-end closing.
Yearly Responsibilities: Coordinate credit limit revisions, monitor dunning indicators, and liaise with auditors.
Debt Management: Develop payment plans for customers, review legal documents for collections, and manage settlements.
Project Coordination: Engage in OBC testing, project rollouts, and handle stakeholder inquiries.
Additional Duties: Verify key figures, act as an IT partner, and complete other assigned tasks.
Qualifications What distinguishes you!
Project Management: Minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel; knowledge of E-Invoicing is advantageous.
Accounting Knowledge & Education: Strong understanding of accounting principles, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken); strong administrative and coordination skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to drive positive change, show initiative, and collaborate effectively with teams.
Social Competence: Strong interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and communication.
