Accounts (Senior Executive/Executive)

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, payment, and data entry into the accounting system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Liaise with creditors regarding accounting-related matters.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and recurring journal entries.
Manage related company transactions and ensure proper follow-up on reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial reporting (FARs/Balance Sheet item), tax filing preparation, and audit preparation.
Liaise with bankers for banking-related matters.
Participate in system implementations and other strategic initiatives as required.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Professional qualification will be an added advantage).
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a related field (experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage).
Knowledgeable in SQL/IFCA accounting system is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A team player with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
