Acmv Technician (Up To Sgd2000)

• Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified.
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings.
• Able to install and repair various air quality systems. Locate maintenance problems and repairs.
• Diagnose problems with system integrity and can be fixed quickly in case there's ever an
emergency situation.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
• Able to perform ACMV service e.g Ventilation Fans, Split Units, AHU, FCU
• Understanding and reading wiring diagrams.
• Understanding the cycles of refrigeration.
• Knowledgeable of chiller system: e.g Chiller / Pump / Cooling Tower / filtration system.
• Understanding the meaning of different technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
• Able to look at Air con drawing layout.
• Understanding and reading wiring diagrams.
• Putting in ductwork and pipes throughout house.
• Gas Topping Service.
