Execute testing plans to build insights and optimize campaigns Oversee the acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship and support.
Optimize marketing acquisition reducing cost and acquiring quality donors Market Analysis and Reporting Analyze market trends and donor behavior to apply in acquisition strategies and campaigns Use analytic tools to measure and analyze donor acquisition trends and behaviors Plan and executive data-driven campaigns Track, analyze and report on acquisition performance, providing actionable insights Use marketing intelligence, donor insight and analysis to understand the audiences and effectiveness of the campaigns Understand and report against engagement programme KPI, forecast, track, analyze and report on activity Campaign Performance Monitoring and Donor Research Oversee the planning, implemention and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor, test and optimize campaign performance to maximize the effectiveness of acquisition strategies against KPIs and targets.
Evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Research and identify potenetial target audiences to expand donor base.
Use test and learn approach to campaign to ensure contiued success Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead the acquisition team, providing guidance and support to achieve fundraising objectives.
Collaborate with relevant teams to align and ensure cohesiv and effective marketing efforts.
Manage relationship and projects with external agencies (such as creative, performance marketing and fundraising agencies).
Requirements: Minimum Degree/Master Degree holder.
Minium 5 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, fundraising.
Skills in analytical tools (i.e.
Google Analytics) and tracking KPIs to assess campain effectiveness.
Knowledge of segmentation practices, especially in using CRM system to build targeted campaigns.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (i.e.
Excel, Tableau) Proven experiene in handling end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and budgeting to monitoring and optimization.
Excellent communication in English.
