**Responsibilities**:Active Directory- Remote work with residence in Mexico- Advanced English (Fluent)- Professions: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.Key Focus and Objective for Role:- Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, Azure and Windows Services for global initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance- Lead steady state and continuous improvement efforts for Active Directory and Windows Security technologies for multiple, globally diverse customers- Serve as a top tier escalation point, provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues- Liaise between customers and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions- Review and oversee major changes to the Active Directory design and associated Windows Server settings for multiple customers- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps- Design, diagnose and administrate GPOs, TRUSTs, SITES AND SERVICES, ADFS, PKI, DNS, DHCP, WINS and DFS- Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory, and related systems- Support integration and authentication projects for 3rd party vendor solutions, SSO, cloud hosting- Design, implement and test the architecture and design of the global backup and disaster recovery of Active Directory- Own and lead discussions in customer facing information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate- Develops relationships with customer, connecting with key business stakeholders and internal account offices- Liaise between customers and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions- Proactively engages the customer throughout the week, every week, for continuous service improvement efforts and feedback- Responds daily to customer queries for information, instructions, updates and requests in a timely manner- Researches and develops work level instructions, process flows, and any required customer facing documentation- Produce and present reporting to customer and internal teams as scheduled or upon request- Makes recommendations to solutions team for automation and cost savings opportunitiesTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoTipo de jornada:- DiurnoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Benefits
