Responsibilities:To constantly train, refresh and update all dealer's technical support with the updated Unox technology.
To troubleshoot issues encountered within Malaysia.
To upkeep warranty claim related documentation.
To upsell and carry out preventive maintenance packages to dealers.
To plan and execute exhibition booth set up within the region.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
Maintaining strong relationships with end users, dealers, sales team, and outsource contractors.
To assist and provide warranty SOP training, installation training, new products training to dealers and outsource contractors.
Provide constant technical issue feedback to Unox sales team as part of team learning process.
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
