Admin & Account Assistant

Responsibilities:Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Handle phone calls, filing, and general admin support.
Manage day-to-day office operations timely and efficiently.
Enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately (AP/AR).
Involve in projects and coordinate company activities as required.
Monitor staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, etc.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word/Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous and organized.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks by deadlines.
Basic communication and understanding skills (Chinese, English, Malay).
Working Hours & Days: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
