This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexible Work Arrangements can be offered to support employees in better managing their work and personal responsibilities.**Responsibilities**:- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, operations/attendance reporting for payroll processing, sales/purchase order processing, employees remuneration/reimbursement, reporting, correspondence, bookkeeping, filing and maintaining accounting records.- Responsible for accounting includes but not limited to financial transactions such as invoicing and payments, General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Payables.- Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned.**Requirements**:- Diploma or equivalent- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field- MS Office Excel, Word- Able to communicate, read and write in English and Malay- Independent and adaptable with team player spirit- Great at time and task management- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Able to support urgent requirements and meet tight deadline- Positive attitude and willing to learn**Application**:Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and how you can contribute your skills.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Work from home**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
