Admin & Accounts Assistant

Job Descriptions: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, office events and conferences.Order office supplies and equipment, and maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both physical & digital).Liaise with banking institutions for administration tasks and manage regulatory company secretary related administrative duties.Support basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.Perform necessary follow-up tasks and provide general administrative support. Job Requirements: Diploma in accounting, business administration or related field with at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software (Autocount).Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.Able to work independently, with strong initiative, commitment and ability to multitask.Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
