Admin And Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Managing obligations to suppliers, customers, and third parties.
Prepare, send, and store invoices.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records and logs such as payroll, purchase orders, and other financial records.
Manage phone calls and correspondence.
Manage the company's social media selling platform.
Requirements:Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Diploma and above.
Highly motivated.
Long-term career progression.
Familiar with online marketing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and social media.
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Possess own transport.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software & accounting software (SQL).
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
