Admin And Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Admin cum Accounts Assistant right here in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:
??Assist in the preparation of EPF/SOCSO statements for the company
??Preparing invoices, and keeping a record of payment receive and unpaid.
??Data entry and maintenance of accounting systems such as SQL
??Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the accounting and administration of multiple company branches
??Filing and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
??Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in any Business-related field. 
??SPM graduates are welcomed to apply too.
??Decent computer skills, including proficiency in SQL
??Able to travel back and forth to our office in Lido Plaza, Kota Kinabalu.
??Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
