What you'll be doing
A range of administrative duties including document management, data entry, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and stakeholders.
Assisting with the coordination of events, workshops, and other college activities.
Supporting the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared goals.
Maintaining accurate records and preparing various reports as required.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an education or training environment.
Great organisational and time management skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
