Job Responsibilities Operational TaskHandling and monitoring the daily operational activities of the hospital and ensuring smooth communication between various clinical and non-clinical departments, including patients and visitors.To assist in supervising the tasks assigned to telephone operators, receptionist, customer service, concierge and other administrative staff. To provide operational support to other departments within the hospital as and when required.Providing ideas to strengthen operational policies and to ensure proper implementation of such policies towards the provision of excellent careAnalyzing workflows and updating strategies to improve the efficiency of services.Optimizing operational budget and to minimize inefficiencies without jeopardizing the quality of patient care. Coordinate with all departments to ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked and in working condition. Ensure that all departments, including the clinics, maintain accurate and updated records for inventory and sales reports. Reporting incidents within the hospital to the management. Provide operational support in promotional events and sales reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 2. Administrative Task Ensuring hospital licenses are up-to-date and to assist in the renewal of such licenses, as and when assigned by the management.Liaising with local authorities for the upkeep of licenses.Ensuring the hospital operates according to all legal standards, such as ensuring all medical providers regularly update their licensing and participate in continued education and professional development.Assisting the manager in monitoring the activities of outsourced parties, such as clinical waste operator, housekeeping, security etc. 3. Any other duties commensurate with accountabilities of the post.
4. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company/Management/Board/Reporting Superior.
Key Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or operations experience (experience in hospital operation is preferable)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Customer service-oriented mindset.
