Responsibilities: To support daily sales operations and its related administrative workAssist the sales team in documentations on customer's delivery inquiryTo prepare sales quotation, report, orders and customers' financing documentationAssist Sales Team in payment collection.To monitoring stock availability and stock levelTo arrange out-going and in-coming shipment.Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all departments as and when requiredOther administration and account duties such as answering the telephone & redirecting calls, courier service arrangement, office equipment maintenance, stationery monitoring, update on attendance record and assist in employee claims.All others tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply.PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia,Self-motivated, result oriented, resourceful, disciplined and dynamic team player.Good interpersonal and communication skills at all level.Available customer service oriented and positive working attitude.An ability to work under limited supervision.Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.Full-Time position(s) available.
