Job Description Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling complaints in a courteous, professional mannerEnsuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systemsHandling couriers, letters, utility billings, and on all matters requiring further actionFollow up on action items and deadlinesCoordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information. To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.Requirement Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.At least 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).Good in documentation and filing.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible, and reliable.Able to work with minimum supervision.Able to start work immediately or with short notice.Able to work at HQ Cheras Trader Square.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
