Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyProvide administration support to after sales operation and other departments.Update daily reports & documentationMaintain and update filling systems, documents handling and storage systemRespond promptly to any ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager / Supervisor.Attend training as proposed or directed.Maintaining a good attendance records.Adhere to all SOP standardsSkills & Qualifications: SPM, Certificate/Diploma in any fields.Minimum 1 year working experiences in administration (experience in automotive is an advantage). Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. A team player, ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English Good skills in Microsoft Office
