We are looking for a bubbly, independent and presentable individual to join their fast-growing team as an Admin Assistant cum Receptionist.
Job Description: Visitors Management Extending a warm welcome to visitors Providing general support and information to visitors Keeping a log on visitors daily Facilities Management Maintaining and ensuring enough office supplies (both pantry and office) Ensuring well-functioning office equipment's and liaise with onsite IT support or suppliers HR Functions Assisting HR with several administrative tasks Admin Support Assist the Office Admin Manager and HR in raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensuring timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and invoice payment for office management or employee benefit related matters (both internal or external vendor) Supporting vendor renewal and processing with internal department and vendor. Helping to coordinate events Setting up and organising the office administration tasks Liaising with Office Admin Manager with regards to administration support Job Requirements: GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience Capable of working with minimal supervision Good working attitude, proactive and team player Able to plan and prioritise tasks in an autonomous way Additional Information: Working Location: Nearest MRT - Pasir Panjang Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Thursdays and Fridays, with alternate Wednesdays)4 months contract (subject to renewable) Please state the following in your updated CV:
