Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, description updates, and inventory synchronization on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Handle customer orders, logistics, shipping, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and optimize product pages and promotional activities to boost performance.
Plan and execute online promotional strategies to meet sales targets.
Stay updated on platform regulations to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse staff to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL systems.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving e-commerce trends.
Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to perform well under pressure.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (experience with Shopee or Lazada is an advantage).
Familiar with e-commerce platform operations and management processes.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations independently.
