About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/General Clerk to join our team at TSSS Idwerks Decor in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will provide vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
What you'll be doing Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documentsHandling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and courteous mannerMaintaining and updating office records, databases and filing systemsAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentsProviding support to the management team as requiredCoordinating travel arrangements and managing calendarsContributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the officeWhat we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or general clerical role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industryStrong organisational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesWhat we offer
