This position will be based in **TENANCY** Department- Tenancy administrative works documentation and preparation of tenancy SOP. (New Tenancy and Renewal Tenancy Procedure)- Close account/Termination of tenancy - preparation of termination, do refund payment, and matching statement of account- Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the manager from time to time.- General administations which include filing of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is systematic and documents are easily accessible.**Job Requirement**- Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration/Accounting.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy.- Good in communication and writing skills.- Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point.Working days : Monday to Friday 8.30am -6.30pm**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- How long your notice period?
