Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: 1) To assist in basic accounts transactions, checking, verification and follow up payment.
2) Provide administrative & documentation support to Project Team during the whole project cycle.
3) Handle procurement & billing for assigned projects.
4) Prepare monthly progress claim submission, review payment certificate, check dispute, prepare VOs & etc.
5) Responsible for material order processing, cost control and ensure timely delivery (both China & local supplier).
6) Follow up with client's for outstanding payment & dispute if any.
7) Follow up with supplier's for quotation, dispute and goods delivery.
8) To conduct marketing calls to potential clients and emailing company profile.
9) Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
10) Handle administrative tasks and other general office duties in the company.
* Immediate available or within short notice preferred.
Requirements: 1) Professional Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
2) Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction/flooring industry field is an added advantage.
3) Capable of working independently / Able to work alone.
4) Fluent in spoken and written in Mandarin is an added advantage.
5) Proficient in MS Office suite of tools
6) Great personality with multi-tasking and result oriented.
