Requirements: Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Well-organized with strong attention to details oriented.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal & self-motivatedAbility to work in team and open to others' views.Proficient in MS Office.Min. 1 year experience in related field (Admin/Accounts) will be an added advantage.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:- Administration Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operationsMonitor and coordinate facilitation of operations, system implementation, communication and administration functions with private and government sectors.Maintain up-to-date database on inventory of supporting equipment, facilities usage and operational services. Upkeep good relations to the alliances partners i.e. suppliers, printers and service vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.Manage office supplies and establish good contact with operational consumers (colleagues / staff) on their needs of any supporting items.Correspond with suppliers (local and overseas) on contracts and orders.Maintains physical and digital filing systems.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.Assist Top Management to supervise and report progress of works/projects as instructed.Filter or incoming correspondence i.e. Emails, Phone calls, Fax's, Letter, etc.Prepare and monitor invoices.Update and maintain office policies and procedures.Assist superior if ad-hoc duty assigned.
