We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at CableGuys Service Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.
What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondenceAssisting with the preparation of reports, and other business documentsMaintaining and organising office files, records, and databasesOrdering office supplies and managing inventorySupporting the sales and technical team with customer relationship management and administrative tasksPerforming other ad-hoc duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customersProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and SQL AccountingAttention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recordsProactive and resourceful, with a positive and flexible attitudePrior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the client and sales administration industryWhat we offer
