Admin Assistant

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, invoicing, order, stock check


-Assist in resolving any administrative problems


-Answer calls/emails from customers regarding their inquiries


-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails


-Maintain office supplies

-At least 1 years working experience in related field


-Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently.


-With excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels


-Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Malaysia averagely. Mandarin is an advantage.


-Looking for a stable and permanent job
