Qualifications & experience Must possess a minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business or related fieldGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft and google applicationsOrganized, independent, can work under pressure & meet a deadlinePositive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skillsProficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tasks & responsibilities Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of officePerform daily invoicing and billingAnswering telephone calls and inquiries in a professional mannerMaintain proper filling system and ensure traceability of documentsPerform other ad hoc assignments and task from time to time
