Responsibilities:Talk to customers in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Know all essential aspects of our business operations.
Assist in organizing work documents.
Attend to customer enquiries, either in person, through phone calls, or WhatsApp.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
