Admin Assistant

Established company representing HIKOKI POWER TOOLS for East Malaysia, Labuan and Brunei
Responsibilities:
Correspond with sales team for orders and dealer
Organize and file daily documents
Do the invoicing, delivery order, cash bill and packing list.
Liaise with technician and customer regarding servicing machine
Willing to join roadshow if needed
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Past experience in invoicing and administrative tasks are welcomed
Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
Above average command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Team player with a pleasant personality
