Admin Assistant

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/A-Level
Good command (spoken and written) in 2 main languages
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Have related working experience in Admin is an added advantage
Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, can follow instruction
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer Literate (good knowledge in MS Office-Word, Excel)
Job Responsibilities:
To handle the daily HR duties of an organization and other tasks as and when the need arises
Practice HR processes in alignment with legal and company requirements.
Manage employee records and documentation to meet statutory requirements.
Ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day office administrative operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
