**Responsibilities**- Handles all matters with confidentiality- Prepare and retains records of various reports on computer- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the office, including the location of various files, documents, and reports. Keep the office organized.- Completed other related duties as needed.- Stocking and maintaining inventory- Create the invoice and payment voucher using the company system**Required Skills**:- Attention to accuracy and detail- Ability to work calmly under pressure- Punctuality and reliability- Effective multi-tasking skills- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well with others- A solid knowledge of MS Office- Excellent knowledge of the administrative procedure**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Maternity leave- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Tips- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandar Baru Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Malaysia (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
