Admin Assistant

Answer and direct phone calls, provide information by answering questions and requests- Records and Filing for Nepalese Guards- Levy and Nepalese Affairs- Managing Attestation, arrival and departure- Managing Passport- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, take accurate minutes of meetings, quarterly Base Manager Meeting, convene and take minutes- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Other job and responsibilities that being given from time to time**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
