Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation


-Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.


-Assist in creating, editing, and organising documents, reports, and presentations.


-Responsible in daily office tasks and clerical duties such as billing, data entry, documentation, and fillings, which assigned by superior 


-Ensure proper filling and archiving of documents for easy retrieval


-Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.


-Handling the monthly payment for instant office utilities, property rental and utilities, internet, etc


-In charge of general administrative duties such as forms preparation, document and record compilation, meeting room preparation, etc.


-Provides administrative support and ensures the efficient operation of the office 


-Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.


-Prepare and update reports as required.


-Handle some outgoing emails and correspondence in a professional manner.


-facilitate communication between platforms, team members, and departments.


-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

; Requirements:-


-Possess an SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Administration and Management or equivalent.


-A minimum of two (2) years of related working experience is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


-Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.


-Responsible, has initiative, and is able to work with minimum supervision.


-A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.


-Able to build a harmonious working relationship internally and externally.


-Pleasant and positive response and working attitude.


-Being able to start work immediately is an advantage.
