Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant will support the Fixed Asset Manager in maintaining and updating records of the company's fixed assets.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with financial and asset management systems.
Responsibilities: Assist in recording and tracking fixed assets.
Verify and update details of fixed assets in the asset management system.
Prepare and file detailed reports on fixed asset purchases, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate tagging and tracking of physical assets.
Support periodic inventory checks and audits.
Assist with the preparation of documentation for financial and tax audits.
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience in administrative support or asset management preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
