Basic adminstration job (ie: filing, document checking)Advise, remind & follow up customer by making outgoing call.Preparing reports within given time line.Other jobs assign by superior / manager.Prepare quotations / bills / invoices to customer.Explain in details of quotations / invoices to customer.Must know Microsoft Excel and Words.Must be PC literate.Able to work under fast phase environment.Able to work independently and team works.High self discipline and responsibility.English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.Posses good attitude.Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Any relevant background from administrative, data entry, basic accounting knowledge, customer service line or after sales service are encourage to apply.

Willing to work in SG BULOH, Selangor.
